Company Facts
Genetic Innovations Group (GIG) is a Wyoming LLC with wholly owned subsidiaries: GIG Fiber, GIG-C, and the soon-to-be-activated GIG-Feed. The company will produce elite hemp cultivars for fiber, CBD, and feed.
Our operations include greenhouses and small seed farm plots in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, with developing farmer associations in eastern Colorado, Far North Texas, and key agricultural zones throughout the central U.S.We currently have Letters of Intent (LOIs) for:
1.5 million pounds of fiber seed20 million CBD seedsDeveloping LOIs in the seed-for-feed sectorOur team brings decades of experience in hemp genetics, boutique organic hemp farming, and industrial-scale hemp agriculture and processing—positioning GIG as a leading force in the future of hemp seed production.
Why Hemp?
Hemp is one of the most versatile crops on Earth—used for construction materials, wellness products, textiles, food, animal feed, and biofuel. Legalized in 2018, hemp is still in the early stages of its development as a large-scale commodity crop, yet its potential to redefine agriculture is immense. 20% of commodity feed ration can be replaced by hemp. With THC levels below 0.3%, hemp meets federal regulatory standards and enjoys broad legal support. Its nutritional value for both humans and animals is well-documented, and its environmental benefits—such as carbon sequestration, soil health, and low water use—make it a perfect fit for regenerative agriculture and future-facing farming systems.
GIG’s Ambitious Work Ahead
GIG is building the genetic foundation for the next era of hemp agriculture. From cultivar design to field trials to seed for a milion acres, and with IP protection, we are scaling every aspect of hemp seed development.
Backed by signed LOIs and strategic intent, our plan includes:
Rapid genetic selection in 2 acres of greenhouse spaceSeed crop production across 10,000 acresSeed sales planting over 1 million acres of hemp for Feed CBD and FiberWith a strong scientific team and partnerships with industry leaders, GIG ihas astabliched capasity to produce seed for fiber, CBD, and feed applications—laying the groundwork for billion-dollar leadership in the global hemp seed industry.
Hemp Fiber & Fiber Seed
In collaboration with leading universities and our primary seed processing partner, Jorden Process, GIG is developing high-yield fiber hemp cultivars optimized for water efficiency, uniform harvest, and compatibility with industrial-scale decortication.
Our fiber seed cultivates will be tailored for dryland and pivot-scale farmers and aligns with major processors like Panda Biotech—meeting the growing demand for hempcrete, textiles, insulation, and bioplastics.
Our first major milestone: fulfilling seed demand for 30,000 acres of fiber hemp production—equivalent to 35 semi-trucks filled with seed. This initial request from a leading textile processor sets the stage for scaled deployment and market entry.

CBD Seed Program
Our premium CBD seed is bred for:
• High-CBD, low-THC expression
• Outdoor cultivation at scale
• Regulatory compliance
• Consistent cannabinoid profiles
• Strong field performanceWith LOIs from top biomass buyers, our genetics wil be generating early revenue during GIG’s ramp-up phase.CBD is widely used in both human wellness and animal health products, with applications in:
• Pain relief
• Inflammation
• Anxiety
• RecoveryWhile CBD remains our core Cannabinoid focus, GIG is fully equipped—with the infrastructure, team, and technology—to explore seed production for additional cannabinoids, including:
• CBN
• CBG
• THC (under proper licensing)Regulatory frameworks for these compounds are now well established, opening new markets and therapeutic applications—should we choose to follow that path.

Growing Seed for Farmers Growing Feed
Hemp offers significant potential as a sustainable ingredient in animal feed, particularly for poultry, with other livestock including aquaculture. GIG is exploring the development of high-biomass, nutrient-dense cultivars that may contribute to improved feed performance over time.Early trials suggest hemp seed and biomass may support:
• Improved protein content
• Balanced amino acid profiles
• Gut health benefits in livestockThese attributes make hemp worth evaluating as a supplemental alternative to conventional feed crops such as corn, soy, and alfalfa. Under the right conditions, hemp could eventually replace a portion of standard rations — possibly up to 20% — depending on formulation and market acceptance.Although hemp has only been legally cultivated in the U.S. for less than ten years, its versatility and potential in feed markets are increasingly recognized.GIG’s current seed development focuses on CBD and fiber. As we expand, we are beginning to explore feed applications and will initiate early-stage seed trials with cultivars suitable for animal agriculture. We are negotiating for an LOI with a leading retail feed company.

Current Operations
GIG is in a pre–Year One startup stage, focused on building the foundation for long-term success. We are actively developing our team, modifying and equipping greenhouse facilities, installing field infrastructure, and establishing science-based workflows for genomic selection, marker-assisted breeding (MAS), and trait-driven cultivar development — laying the foundation for next-generation hemp genetics.2025 is our incubation and testing year, centered around:
• Protocol development for seed production
• Securing aligned investors
• Building long-term partnershipsOur production network includes:
• GIG Founder-owned farms in Colorado dedicated to premium CBD seed runs
• Field growouts in Texas and Kansas for fiber seed production
• Collaborative trial plots across the Southwest to evaluate fiber cultivars under diverse growing conditions
• CBD hemp trials in Montana to develop a cold-tolerant, high-CBD, low-THC cultivar
• Partnerships with scientists, geneticists, academic and commercial labs, extractors, processors, and large-acre commercial growersThis multi-site, multi-phase strategy ensures scalability, redundancy, and robust performance data — positioning GIG for a successful commercial launch and long-term leadership in hemp seed genetics.

Founders
GIG was founded by Earth Apple Nursery & Farm and Three Guys Farming. With over 40 years of combined experience in hemp and organic farming, founders bob pedersen and Serge Bukhman lead operations, genetics, and strategic growth.
Market Access
With LOIs secured from Panda Biotech, Big Sky Scientific, and other downstream partners in fiber, bedding, oilseed, animal feed, and CBD, GIG’s initial seed production is already committed—ensuring early revenue and reducing risk during the scale-up phase. Our initial marketing strategy is focused, targeted, and backed by confirmed demand—not speculation. Because we are producing for known customers with clear product specifications, extensive market development is not required at this stage. That said, we are keenly aware of the need to maintain strong customer relationships and to continually develop our understanding of hemp farmers’ needs as we fulfill early requests from leading industry buyers. This customer-first mindset is central to how we scale responsibly and sustainably.
Company Potential
GIG’s growth trajectory is grounded in market data, strategic relationships, and hard-earned experience. approximately 201.6 million acres are dedicated to corn, soybeans, and alfalfa in the U.S. each year. 20% - or 40 Million acres, of this will be replaced with the newly legalized crop , hemp. Even a modest share of the hemp feed seed market presents extraordinary potential for GIG:6M+ acres of projected market access180 million pounds of seed to plant 6M acres annually$720 million in annual revenue potential for GIG from a small fraction of total seed need for feed growers - (20 years to full market maturity)Ongoing income from high-margin CBD and fiber seed products in the near termWith IP protection, science-driven breeding, and executive teem development , GIG is being structured for long-term leadership in global hemp seed production. We understand the volatility that has defined the hemp industry’s early years—characterized by production shortfalls, overcommitments, and ventures that fell short of expectations, including some of our own. These experiences have shaped a disciplined, data- and market-driven approach, along with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed and lead in this maturing sector.
